Position Overview:
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading a center of excellence in SEO and SEM for the bank. Your primary focus will be creating and managing impactful SEM campaigns, establishing a strong presence on Google, and fostering relationships with key publishers and relevant sites. You will be a strategic partner in shaping our online brand image, driving traffic, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the bank's online visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Create and manage effective SEM campaigns to achieve optimal results in line with business goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with publishers and relevant sites to maximize exposure and collaboration opportunities.
- Lead the team to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing for performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Sales, and Creative, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging digital marketing trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree with 10 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM, ideally in the BFSI, IT, or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years as an SEO/SEM expert, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and strategies.
- Strong experience in media planning and successful collaboration with publishers and relevant platforms.
- Background in technology and sales is a strong advantage, showcasing your ability to bridge business objectives and technical strategies.
- Demonstrated achievement drive and a passion for achieving impactful results.
- Excellent creative and writing skills to craft compelling digital content.
- Exceptional leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
