Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the digital space.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles within the SAAS industry, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a digital marketing team.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
