Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience, utilizing a mix of channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and others.

2. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.

3. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and persuasive digital content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).

5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads or social media advertising platforms, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding, budget management, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.

6. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage social media channels, monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to improve brand presence and customer engagement.

7. Email Marketing: Develop segmented email marketing campaigns, create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, monitor campaign performance, and utilize automation tools to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer loyalty.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, optimize landing pages, and enhance the overall user experience.

10. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and recommend strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.

11. Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence, improve user experiences, and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.

2. Experience: Typically 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization and strategy refinement.

5. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

6. Creativity: Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and develop engaging digital content that resonates with the target audience.

7. Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
