Job Description: Head of Digital Marketing

The Head of Digital Marketing will be overall responsible for all Digital Marketing Related Activities.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Must have very advanced online media buying experience including but not limited to Facebook and Google advertising, programmatic advertising, etc.

- Give analytical inputs to the content team for the creation of original content and work with influencers and PR to generate content and ensure its distribution through appropriate channels.

- Manage agency relationships to ensure efficient ROI

- Create, implement and track marketing budget to ensure efficient ROI

- Manage content distribution for all platforms (online and offline)

- Regularly track customer perception and reviews and improve metrics

- Develop and implement cross channel sales and campaigns to ensure top-line targets are met.

- Facilitate integration of merchandising, content and creative visualization to ensure the brand is appropriately represented across all channels and platforms

- Brainstorm and implement strategic collaborations

Candidate Profile - 

- MBA or commensurate post graduate qualification

- 10+ years experience in digital marketing with strong command over analytics

- Deep consumer orientation and an ability to communicate in a voice the consumer understands

- Excellent market research and media planning skills

- Excellent communication skills

- A passion for skincare/beauty is preferred but not required
