Head - Digital Marketing, Office of Member Parliament
Purpose of the Position :
The purpose of the position is to assist CMD(MP) in creating and managing the online media activities of the Political / Public Affairs office to ensure that objectives of CMD towards his constituency / key focus areas are achieved in an efficient, effective and innovative manner.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibility of creating an online constituency of x Million people across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Website, Blog and other community portals
- Increase engagement level with the online constituency to create successful platforms for dialogue
- Position CMD as a thought leader in specific areas
- Manage and create digital initiatives of the Office of Member Parliament
- Ability to decide a content strategy that will differentiate CMD's work on ground / in-parliament
- Ability to execute the content strategy with powerful / innovative media (images, videos etc.) and creatives
- Ability to leverage the online audience in fund-raising, campaigning, petitioning and advocacy
- All activities dealing with execution of a campaign (Communication content, creatives, banners, posters etc.)
- Call-outs on Facebook and Twitter.
- Ad placements on popular websites like MSN, Amazon, Flipkart, Yahoo.
- Announce in email marketing communication.
- Create a video about the awards and nomination process, and post it on the website as well as cross-promote the same on Facebook and Twitter.
- Promote on E-mail signature.
