Digital Marketing Head
- Lead Digital Marketing Initiatives- : Oversee all digital marketing efforts across various business segments.
- Brand Management: Responsible for brand tracking scores of SMe and managing comprehensive brand and content campaigns, both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line).
- Performance Marketing: Handle performance marketing mandates focusing on Cost Per Subscriber (CPS) and budget allocation for new subscriber acquisition.
- Digital Platform Management: Manage marketing efforts across other digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and international telecom channels, covering genres like devotion, Gujarati, kids, and music.
- Social Media KPIs: Oversee social media metrics including views, clicks, and content virality. Should be a creative thinker with experience in social media marketing, content strategy creation, and buzz creation to scale the brand across various regions.
- Experience Requirements:
- 12-15 years of total work experience, with at least 10+ years in marketing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in digital marketing.
- Marketing Expertise: Should have a solid understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
- Entertainment Industry Background: Preferably, has experience in the entertainment (OTT) sector.
- Agency Management: Experienced in managing digital agencies.
- Team Leadership: Should have managed a team of at least 7-8 people.
