Position Summary:

Analyzes customer need, potential market segments, potential customers, and the competitive environment to develop a plan for new products or services introduction. Estimates market value of products or services and issues not being addressed by current solution or service providers. Creates and presents business case to corporate executive team to make decision on entry into a specific marketing segment.

Roles, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities:

- Marketing Strategy - Positioning & Messaging, Segmentation & Targeting.

- Execution (Digital - Online + Social + Email + Remarketing, Events) - Calendar Development and Delivery, Campaign Management, Database Procurement & Maintenance, Resource Planning and Deployment, Analytics & Reporting, Marketing RoI, Trends of Leads, Conversions, Business, etc. & Performance of Database by Segments, Campaigns, Size of Biz, etc.

- Key Performance Indices - Revenue ($), Customer Acquisition (Nos.), Leads Generated, Conversion Ratios, Campaigns Executed, Penetration, Business Developed from Leads Delivered ($), Quota & Targets Achievement & Sales Team Profitability (Revenue: Cost Ratio)

New Product or Services Development

- Researchers analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunity and minimize effects of competitive activity.

- Establish a list of potential customers.

- Develops and recommends product or services positioning, packaging and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term profit and market share.

Business Development Planning

- Participates in business process modelling sessions, providing data and insights into market need and customer expectations.

- Collaborate with engineering & management to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of the proposal.

- Draft the narrative that ties the project components together and packages and assist in presenting the proposal to the executive team.

Tools & Enablers:

- Sales Administration, Marketing, Automation Digital Marketing, Analytics, Content, Education and Experience

- Graduate Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.

- Knowledge of strategic planning process

- Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years Products and Services marketing in IT or ITeS Industry

Language Skills

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
