Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head of BigRock Will be responsible for conceptualizing & running digital marketing strategies to acquire customers in the most cost effective manner for BigRock

- Will continuously balance CPA, LTV, and ROI across various campaigns to deliver the most optimized outcomes

- Will lead a team of associates and managers across disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, etc

- Will introduce best practices in the BigRock media plan across disciplines

- Will build and track conversion funnels for the BigRock website using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools

- Will build and execute content strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, etc

- Will work closely with multiple external partners and agencies towards realizing BigRock's digital marketing goals

The Successful Candidate - MBA with an Engineering Degree (preferably in IT) with 5-7 years of experience of having led a digital marketing function at an Internet company, or been in a senior role at a media company.

- Will have experience of building and executing major campaigns from the ground up.

- Will be acquainted with Facebook / Linkedin advertising, Display Advertising, Video advertising and have honed skills across digital marketing functions such as:

- Search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, media planning & arbitrage and analytics/e-commerce funnel management.
