Digital Marketing Head

- As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy that leverages various channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, setting goals, providing guidance and mentorship, and tracking performance.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize and improve future efforts.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the - overall goals of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking out new and innovative ways to reach and engage customers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree/P.G in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
