Head- Digital Marketing
If you have a successful track record in accelerating the customer acquisition, largely through digital channels and are interested in being a Head of Digital Marketing of a startup, this is the right opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy (online and offline) for all channels
- Self-execute across a gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Display / Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc.) including campaign management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data driven strategies, etc.
- Plan and execute affiliate, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- To create campaigns that deeply integrates with the product
Required Experience and Skill Sets :
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing content creation, SEM, SEO, PPC, Google Adwords etc.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, Display media, affiliate marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Exceptional communication skills
