We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to lead our marketing, engagement, and customer success efforts also plan and direct marketing campaigns. As the Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Function:

- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Shape and enhance the company's brand image through consistent branding and impactful campaigns.

- Lead content strategy and creation across platforms to engage and educate the target audience.

- Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive incremental sales.

- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

- Identify and foster strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets.

- Create and oversee a knowledge series to position the company as an industry thought leader.

Engagement and Customer Success:

- Implement strategies to ensure high course completion rates among customers.

- Develop and execute engagement strategies to keep customers actively involved with the brand.

- Oversee the customer service function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

- Develop and manage a referral program to incentivize existing customers to refer new business.

- Build and nurture an online and offline community around the brand.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree MBA in related field (Full- Time)

- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in D2C.

- Strong background in digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
