Leadership Team is looking for a dynamic candidate who can execute a very aggressive Marketing & Sales plan to bring the products to the rght audience. This position requires a Hands-On, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Role - Head: Digital Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Expertise in strategic digital media planning, buying and analytics
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Desired Candidate Profile
Education-
- Preferably a MBA Tier 1 College Graduate with 5-7 years of work experience in online marketing.
- Experience handling B2C clients or have worked in a B2C company.
- Experience from advertising agency companies will be an added advantage.
- Experience from healthcare online companies will be an added advantage.
