- We are looking for an experienced Digital head to translate our client's digital marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy with direct business impact.
- Our ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with different teams to ensure brand consistency and should demonstrate excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques.
The role requirements are :
- Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital channels - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc
- Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Google Analytics, social media etc.
- MBA with digital marketing experience. Overall 8 plus years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers to drive revenue and growth:
- Building channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display, affiliate, retargeting, organic traffic) to acquire new users and customers
- Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spend
- Metrics: Monthly inquiries, cost per inquiry and cost per acquisition.Consistent organic traffic and inquiry growth. Team development and process implementation. Analytics based decision making
- Drive marketing efficiency by:
- Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.
- Landing page and funnel optimization (working with revenue and digital product teams) to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.
Develop effective marketing communication by:
- Understanding product and offerings working call center and physical centers
- Ideate & conceptualize new marketing and communication ideas resulting in marketing effectiveness.
- Creating compulsive digital communication which is clutter breaking keeping in mind the brand identity. Being the custodian of the brand on the digital medium.
- Build long term digital assets such as organic search engine ranking, email subscriber base, app installs, content microsites, high performance creatives etc.
- Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools (working with the engineering teams).
