Digital Marketing Head is required for a FMCG Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for following :

- End to End Digital Marketing.

- Formulating and finalizing the digital media strategy across all categories in coordination with the marketing teams. Ensure its execution within the stipulated budgets and timelines. Digital media will include on-line, Mobile and eCommerce

- Reviewing the digital media proposal prepared by agency in terms of digital media mix, target audience, markets and operating levels; and provide inputs to brand team on critical digital media vehicles for increased communication; Finalize the digital media strategy for each initiative with the brand team and digital media agency to ensure efficacy of the digital media strategy within the defined budget.

- Leading the execution of digital media plans across all categories and monitor their execution on a periodical basis.

- Leading digital media modeling with both internal and external experts to enhance input - output understanding

- Coordinating with the marketing teams to develop and execute digital media properties

- Designing and developing evaluation criteria for empanelment of digital media partners in conjunction with the media agency. Benchmark the performance of media agencies and partners and provide feedback on a regular basis to ensure efficiency and efficacy of the digital media buys as per digital media plan.

- Identifying the digital media activation needs and prepare the activation briefs in conjunction with the marketing teams. Work with the digital media agencies for the implementation of the activation plans within the defined budgets and timelines.

The incumbent should be a full time MBA passed out in 2006 / 2007 / 2008 from premier institute (like IIM's, FMS Delhi, MDI, XLRI, SPJIMR, ISB Hyderabad, SIBM etc ) with 8 to 10 yrs of post MBA experience in Marketing out of which incumbent should have at least 2- 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing in a FMCG / CPG Company.
