Digital Marketing Head - Energy Drink Brand - Bangalore

Job Description : Opportunity to lead the Digital Marketing function and manage the entire brand presence in the social media space.

Client Details :

Our client is well established entity in the food and beverages space. They are know for the quality and the range of the products offered in the market.

Description :

- Create a strong digital marketing engine in the India region by building internal/ external competencies necessary to execute campaigns across platforms & regions

- Take ownership to ensure that all digital marketing - including Linkedin, Google search, SEO/SEM, WhatsApp, email, social media and display advertising campaigns are executed via internal & external resources


- Develop excellent external vendor ecosystem & relationships to ensure best in class & creative campaigns for business results


- Work with internal stakeholders to align on business goals as well as influence to get support on resource allocation for executing campaigns


- Take responsibility for driving relevant customers/leads to our to our digital platforms and build the opportunity pipeline


- Set in place a system to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


- Take leadership of guiding the organisation in the digital marketing outreach in the region - by working with various regional marketing colleagues


- Brainstorm new and creative growth routes to engage with the target customer segment


- Adopt an agile experimental mindset ; Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests


- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Profile:

- Passionate about leveraging digital marketing in new and creative areas to unlock business value

- Min 10 years of experience in the digital marketing space working with FMCG or B2B companies (either in house or at agency)


- Ability to identify, negotiate & create successful working partnerships with digital agencies as well as internal stakeholders - super crucial


- Significant experience in at least 1 segment (beverage, brewing, baking & food)


- Ability to navigate the internal organisation as well as the external ecosystem to drive campaigns & results.


- Demonstrate experience of leading digital marketing campaigns across channels from conceptualization to execution


- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


- Self-driven and ability to ideate and scope own deliverables.


- Experience of working in large organisations, & having collaborated across different functional teams


- Tier 1/2 MBA preferred
