Our client is looking for Digital Marketing Head.
Purpose of the role:
- The digital marketing head will be responsible for building the overall digital strategy, roadmap, implementing plans and managing marketing campaigns that promote firm's offerings amongst different consumer segments of learners.
- He or she will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving traffic, acquiring, engaging and retaining learners across our platforms
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Build a strong Digital Marketing strategy to help the firm to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
2. Build and lead best-in-class digital marketing team: Training, learning & development, recruitment, management, org structure and more.
3. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
4. Acquisitions & Traffic Growth - Bringing CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention.
5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Build strategy for best-in-class SEO solutions for firm's digital assets.
8. Build and drive a strong strategy for our Web Product development efforts around Traffic and Engagement Products that would help firm's reach its target audience at scale.
9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
12. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
13. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
14. Build strong analytics & insights to influence key business strategy.
15. Collaborate with category & marketing teams for business prioritization as and when needed.
16. Should be able to build agile capabilities in the digital marketing portfolio to be able to meet dynamic business needs.
17. Drive Marketing-Tech roadmap in coordination with Tech-Product team and work closely with product & engineering teams.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA from a premier institute.
- 9+ years in marketing function
- Proven track record of growth hacking through digital marketing.
- Experience in a Education sector is preferred
