Objectives of this Role :
- Have been a Founder/co-founder/Entrepreneur from a Marketing background.
Heavy exposure into Digital Marketing
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA degree in Marketing from a Tier 1 College
- Atleast 4 years of core digital marketing experience is mandatory for this role.
- 5-12 years of deep domain experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing across channels
- Understanding of key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools including SEO, SEM, FB, Youtube, Email, SMS, notification as well as app marketing and extended social media portfolio.
- Capable of handling large teams of more than 50 in the sales function including goal setting, training and monitoring the same
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
- Exposure to Entrepreneurial scenarios involving digital marketing will be a BIG PLUS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
