a. Be the owner of the overall Digital Marketing objectives of the organization
b. Drive the online Direct to Customer acquisition channel for the organization with a focus on maintaining a competitive Cost/ Lead & Cost/ Conversion.
c. Liaise with the Brand & Communication lead to create adaptations of core creatives for online communication & ensure consistency in communication across all online & offline media
d. Work on SEM, SMM, Adwords, Performance Marketing, Display, Retargeting campaigns with the Digital Marketing agency - Define budgets, acquisition targets, CPL & CPM for each medium.
e. Continuously monitor & improve campaign performance for each medium. Make changes as necessary in budget mix & communication to ensure highest customer acquisition within the allocated budget for Digital Advertising.
f. Create high quality digital campaign briefs - Identify the market gap being addressed, mention how it is being addressed & define overall campaign objective & direction.
g. Lead the SEO initiatives for the website. Identify list of brand, industry & competition keywords to track SEO performance. Define & implement on & off site SEO activities. Monitor weekly, monthly improvement in rankings & impact on organic high intent traffic to the website.
h. Continuously Monitor Website performance through Google analytics & suggest areas of improvement to the design & product teams.
i. Manage the Social Media Handles for the organization on all top platforms (FB, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.). Create communication themes & calendars. Maximize engagement & number of followers/ subscribers.
j. Be responsible for the overall online reputation (ratings/ reviews) of the brand.
k. Create a robust online referral model where existing satisfied customers can seamlessly refer their friends.
l. Lead email, WhatsApp, SMS campaign initiatives both for lead generation & revenue enhancement from existing base.
