Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Devise approach plan to ensure all Digital Media Platforms (incl.social media) are optimized to attract and engage visitors.

2. Help set and work towards achieving key performance indicators for Social Media that complement overall marketing and business objectives. (ex: Reach, likes/comments/shares, fans, followers, retweet, CPM and lead capture)

3. Make recommendations to improve customer-experiences on all digital platforms by creating awareness around product, offers and brand offering

4. Effort to integrate online and offline campaigns and provide support in the best possible way to help increase impact and reach the audience

5. Help manage the marketing investment to drive the highest possible returns & low cost of acquisition in terms of the available target.
