Company is looking for a dynamic & passionate Marketer who will spearhead the Digital Marketing function and shall take ownership over our digital marketing function, and lead a focused team of marketers to win the hearts and minds of the consumers.

Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidate should have outstanding business acumen, intense curiosity, excellent analytical ability, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional team.

- Lead the marketing strategy and execution across online media channels.

- Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social, with mobile as the primary device.

- As a Head - Digital Marketing, you will lead the online marketing function, build a consumer engagement and retention strategy in a mobile first setup, and giving users new ways to buy and sell in a most convenient way.

- Identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing programs through internal staff and/or agency partners.

- Building, managing, and coaching an effective digital marketing team and network of marketing partners to deliver the goals of the organization.

- Overseeing and closely monitoring the digital marketing budget, ensuring the budget is effectively managed as we scale our programs

- Provide reporting, benchmarks and analysis, to inform company-wide decision-making and to ensure campaign targets are met. Leverages analytics and metrics to identify areas for optimization, improvements in messaging/creative and operational/cost efficiencies.

Preferred Skills & Qualification :

- Post Graduate from a Premier Institute.

- 9+ years of experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in online marketing and 2 years in mobile app marketing

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital and mobile marketing teams, and handled multi-million $ budgets

- Experience in building/growing consumer brands in the internet/apps space

- Flair with numbers and analytics.

- Hands on mobile analytics (implementation, modelling, analysis) experience

- In tune with latest digital marketing trends, new channels, strategies to keep ahead of the curve

- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills

- Strong ownership and commitment, and the ability and desire to be a leader

- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

- Exceptional team development and leadership skills
