The Role:
The person will be part of the core business growth team for online business .
- Will work across business lines .
- Working closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization Candidate will lead a team of ~15 high performance colleagues, and drive the following:
- Overall CRM agenda including email, SMS, notifications, whatsapp, with goal to increase customer retention and impact funnel conversion
- Performance marketing - across google, affiliates, meta and other channels
- SEO - leads in organic traffic; expectation is to continue leadership and improve in areas of opportunities across business verticals
- Build new avenues for traffic growth through content marketing
- Drive social media and in-app/web properties engagement
- Design and content for all communications
- This is a critical and high visibility role - requiring a highly motivated individual with a structured first-principle approach - relevant experience in marketing leadership roles is a must.
An ideal candidate would have:
- 10+ years of experience focussing on marketing & sales
- 5+ years of experience in marketing across channels - primarily digital - ranging from low-decibel hyperlocal activities to large pan-India reach
- Experience handling large marketing budgets in B2C / D2C industry
- E-commerce experience would be a big added advantage
- Experience in launching new growth channels for traffic
- Strong analytical and communication skills
