Digital Marketing Lead:

The ideal candidate for this role would be a data-driven professional who can create an efficient marketing mix, across channels, to maximize marketing ROI. He/she should be able to think on his/her feet, have strong problem-solving skills and be an expert in growth hacking techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide digital thought leadership and perspective to the Leadership Team

- Build digital brand equity - Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, marketing database, and digital display advertising campaigns, including mobile, email, & social media (FB & Insta marketing)

- Collaborate with marketing and community teams to build and grow social media presence, including developing new and innovative channels to reach out to both existing and emerging consumer segments

- Lead and execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

- Leverage suite of rich data, targeting strategies and product channels to collaborate with other teams and develop tailored solutions to meet our goals

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in the digital space

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

- BE (CS) plus an MBA in Marketing

- Experience with A/B & multivariate experiments, and paid social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram)

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Good to have: Knowledge of tools like Mixpanel, Crazy Egg, Optimizely; B2C Marketing experience
