Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
What you'll do :
- Develop the overall, global company strategy for all digital marketing channels
- Report, analyze and reduce the Cost Per Acquisition and maximize the ROI for new clients
- Increase global brand awareness
- Report, analyze and maximize lead flow through all digital marketing strategies
- Build and manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals
- Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other multinational brands, best-practices and creative tactics, specifically in the construction domain
- Mobilize social strategies centered around engagement and content creation (with the world wide subsidiaries)
Skills & Experience Required :
- At least 5-8 years of experience within the digital marketing domain.Strong track record of success across multiple companies in multiple domains. Strong track record managing budgets efficiently and effectively.
- Background in the online media, eCommerce or online education domains would be preferred.
- Strong experience transforming and optimizing all major digital marketing channels.Extremely strong project management and reporting capabilities
