The Head of eCommerce Operations is an influential leader who drives operational performance. The Head eCommerce is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional business, logistics and IT partners to lead innovation and process improvement initiatives and will support the CMO to drive the growth of the direct channel.
This role embraces strategic planning & execution, transformational change initiatives, program management & governance, stakeholder engagement, omni-channel optimization, software lifecycle development, business process & organizational design and team development.
The Head eCommerce is pragmatic and acts decisively to deliver sales results, product deliveries and a world-class customer experience across all eCommerce touch points.
- He/she will be responsible for project deliverables, performance metrics, omni-channel sales, systems administration/analytics and business analysis for all program enhancements.
- This individual will liaise with global teams on worldwide projects and implementations. In addition, he/she will report and interpret operational KPIs and make viable suggestions to support the business strategy.
Looking for a digital strategist - that rare, self-proclaimed digi-geek who knows all the tricks and secrets to effective digital marketing.
- The role will design, implement, monitor and manage meticulously targeted pay-per-click campaigns, online marketing strategies, social campaigns and more. You'll work side by side with designers, account managers and agency principals to integrate those campaigns into larger client strategies.
- Top candidates will have experience and a proven track record with all digital channels, including AdWords, display, social platforms and retargeting programs.
