We are looking for Head Digital Marketing (10-15 Yrs) for one of our Leading Online E commerce Company based at DelhiNCR.
Since its inception our client has been grown at a remarkable pace with almost 5 million members and growing in its 3 years of operation. It delivers to over 1200 locations pan India and employs more than 1000 people spread across offices and distribution centers in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Calcutta.
Job Description:
Head – Marketing : With more focus on Digital marketing (Additional experience in offline will be bonus).
Years of experience: Minimum 10 years
Industry: Ecommerce or any other industry which includes digital marketing
Compensation Range: As per Industry
Role Objective:
The organization is revamping its scale of operations and the position holder will be accountable for:
- Strengthening the market base of the organization
- Identify new avenues for the business to expand its reach to customers
- Lead digital marketing activities to generate: Brand awareness, Leads, Market engagement
- Create and drive digital marketing strategy and budgets across all products and media, including websites, social media, email, advertising, etc
- Refine digital marketing best practices
- Define, facilitate, and measure online purchase process from awareness through close
- Manage and build database of online community and create opportunities for lead capture.
- Support complementary and integrated communications, events and promotions as needed
- Network to develop new business relationships and opportunities
- Manage SEO/SEM, social, online advertising, lead gen and other digital programs
- Assist with website redesign and optimization
Qualification:
- 10+ years of work experience
- Experience successfully managing B2B/B2C digital marketing programs for software companies .
- Strong understanding of online buyer behavior and purchase process metrics
- Experience launching and running digital marketing department and programs
- Experience coordinating digital marketing across field, product and corporate marketing
- Experience designing, monitoring and refining keyword and other online campaigns
- Experience building active and effective online social communities
- Proficiency with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Radian6, Hootsuite, Salesforce.com, Wordpress and other tracking and publishing platforms
- Excellent time and project management skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple concurrent tasks on time
- Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee digital marketing team to drive inbound demand through creative and efficient marketing programs and campaigns
- Create and drive digital marketing strategy and budgets across all products and media, including websites, social media, email, advertising, etc.
- Refine digital marketing best practices
- Ensure consistent product brand image and message across all online media
- Work with content marketing to develop entertaining, educational and compelling campaign content.
- Define, facilitate, and measure online purchase process from awareness through close
- Manage and build database of online community and create opportunities for lead capture.
- Support complementary and integrated communications, events and promotions as needed
- Develop new business operations and integrate acquisitions
- Network to develop new business relationships and opportunities
- Recruit, manage and mentor staff
- Implement accurate, informative online campaign tracking and reporting
