Head-Digital Marketing - Consumer Durable/FMCG /Paints/ Cement
- Lead Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms (SEO/SEM. Google- Display/Shopping/Search/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social media, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics.
- Lead performance marketing (Engagement metrics on Social Media platforms) on digital platforms.
- Lead Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms (SEO/SEM. Google- Display/Shopping/Search/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social media, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics.
- Responsible for driving discoverability of brand Crompton through SEO & SEM.
- The role holder will lead Digital Marketing vertical, and aim to develop their young online business into the go-to-place for products and solutions in their segment.
- Develop and devise the products, offers and campaigns to popularize the online platform.
- Strategize and build the platform with help of creative and digital agencies.
- Should be able to define performance parameters.
- Use the digital campaigns to create impressions; utilize analytics to give feedback to agencies and change strategy as needed.
- Manage New Product Development (NPD), innovation.
- Identify and collaborate with right partners to enhance digital know-how and ensure usability of digital platforms.
- Support the brand team on development of brand digital assets.
- Support the product marketing team on developing A+ brand content Handle multiple agencies digital, media and ecommerce liaising closely with the brand and the Product marketing teams.
Qualifications and Experience: MBA/PGDM from Premier B-schools Experience of 10-12 years professional experience in Consumer Durable/Cement /Paints/FMCG
