Head Digital Marketing with a leading Conglomerate
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Build the digital marketing roadmap based on the marketing strategies
2) Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
3) Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the department
4) Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
5) Manage and improve branding and positioning of the organization, online content and Analytics
6)Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
7) Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors 8) Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
9) Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
10) Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
11) Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
12) Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
13) Ability to tap Rural, Hyper, local and consumer behavior
Good to Have:- Experience of rural products or rural customers
- Work experience possibly as a Marketing Head and exposure in branding , CRM , ATL/ BTL , pricing strategy
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices Hands on experience in Google Analytics and CRM software
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
