Strong communication skills, operations acumen, deep understanding of campaigns and digital marketing, and preferably a certified consultant in either of the following -
a. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
b. Adobe Marketo
c. Adobe Campaign
d. Oracle Marketing Cloud [least preferred]
2. Should have strong consulting experience on complex campaign conceptualization, build and deployment
3. Should have at least 10+ years of experience in ops management in digital marketing portfolios
4. Should have managed a span ratio of 50+ resources
5. Will be good if he has COE experience as well
6. Should have good experience on operational governance areas - managing quality, SLAs, risks
7. Should definitely have worked with International clients across geographies. Should have exposure to dealing with Senior [CXO, Director, VP] level execs
What this person is supposed to do -
- Service Excellence - Ensure quality delivery all the time and minimize client escalations. Manage escalations about service / quality across the cluster. Ensure that there are at least 2 risk callouts per month. Should be documented and discussed with CEM, immediate manager on a monthly basis
- Margin Management :
- Meet or exceed targets for profitability
- Work with sales on increasing revenue. Identify areas for cost reduction and thereby increase profitability. Should have high focus on reducing roll offs
- People Engagement - Make company a better place to work with for employees through their development, retention and growth. Manage performance strictly but control attrition
- Client Delight - Increase client stickiness by demonstrating value through initiatives, improvements and value-adds. Manage strong relationship with clients and onshore team [CEMs etc]
- Ensure superlative client experience in exec meetings
