Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking a star performer who will inspire a small digital team and managing a great set of clients providing them with digital solutions to match with their brand

Somebody with good intrapreneurial skills and ability to think out of the box and beyond the usually solutions.

Strategic bent of mind and good networking skills to hob know with the whos who of the industry

You will be responsible for

- Building and developing a strong digital marketing practice for the agency

- Managing the business P&L- more farming than hunting

- Provide creative campaign solution (for Maximum ROI) to both the client and team internally.

Requirements

- Post graduation from a top-tier institute or graduation from a premier engineering institute, with at least 6 years of work experience

- A go getter who has either run his/her own digital company or worked with the top digital agency .
