Position Title: Digital Marketing Head

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads/sales.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blogging, video marketing, and social media content, to engage our audience and drive conversions.
- Website Optimization: Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other tactics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, constantly researching and evaluating new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve our digital presence and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
