Overview:

Bank is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and innovate our digital marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving our digital presence, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing our marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.

- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

Campaign Management:

- Lead end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.

- Utilize advanced tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Tableau) for performance tracking and reporting, ensuring campaigns achieve targeted KPIs and ROI.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Manage and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, legal, content) to drive integrated marketing initiatives.

Content and Creative Oversight:

- Direct the creation of engaging and impactful content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand positioning.

- Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Conduct regular A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Brand Management:

- Lead rebranding initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment across all digital platforms.

- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across social media and other digital channels.

Innovation and Trend Analysis:

- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Implement innovative solutions to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in BFSI or similar sectors.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Tableau.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
