About Role-
You are a rockstar Digital Marketing Lead who will handle acquisition for CoinSwitch on digital marketing channels, unlock new channels for growth and optimise channels for better CAC.Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including native advertising, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO).
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and execute marketing campaigns across the digital space
- Lead and drive brand salience for products through social media marketing team KPIs.
- Manage all social media accounts and digital content strategy of the business
- Ideate and execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook & AdWords
- Create new and innovative ways to launch the campaigns across B2C platforms in alignment with the brand and business goals.
- Localize the brand message, tailor global campaigns and execute country specific initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the target audience for new acquisition as well as remarketing.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and manage collaterals for digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse data driven effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Providing strategic support on both day-to-day and long-term initiatives.
- Mentoring Internal members of the digital team & managing vendors to ensure alignment, efficacy and a good work environment
Requirements :
- Post-Graduation or MBA in relevant field
- 7 - 10 years of B2C digital marketing experience
- Fintech, Finance, Product, Technology space work experience is a plus
- Must have extensive experience in Social (paid & organic), SEO & Content Marketing
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and implementing digital campaigns
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics) Success Parameters in this role
- Creative: Think out of the box; Create unique campaigns that touch an emotional cord with the customers
- Analytical: Hands on in experimenting, A/B Testing, setting goals & measuring metrics to determine failure or success of tests; Evaluate and analyse data and translate it to actionable campaigns
