You will be responsible for setting, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy which can align in achieving business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different marketing channels.

About the role:

- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy

- Managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing professionals in the team.

- Brand awareness for external and internal stakeholders

- Demand Lead Generation

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high level of customer interaction

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.

- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices

- Organize and lead marketing team

Desired Profile:

We are looking for a skilled full-stack digital marketer with 12+ years of progressive accomplishments in the BtoB industry with Marketing Automation and CRM. Hands-on experience on Demand Generation, Marketing operations, Campaign Design and Management, Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics and Technology, SAAS implementation, Lead management, Analytics and cross-team collaboration. The ability to take data-driven decisions and determine creative marketing strategies should be must.
