The Role is responsible for development and ownership of Digital Analytics capabilities . Other than undertaking projects on click stream analytics and recommendation engines, this also includes collaborating with IT to determine the data and technology architecture and business processes to deliver it.
In the role, the candidate shall
- Oversee the customers current digital journey programs.
- Create and execute customer digital lifecycle management strategy and roadmap.
- Build capabilities to analyze click-stream data in real time and feed it into a product and service recommendation engine maximizing conversions and customer value.
- Determine the data and technology architecture and business processes needed to deliver it.
Primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products and processes.
The Candidate :
- 10+ years in data analytics.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer database architecture and platform technologies, and leading technical architecture projects within an enterprise technology roadmap
- Excellent understanding of statistical methodologies and algorithms, such as Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Linear Programming, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik etc.
- Good scripting and programming skills in SAS, SQL, Python.
