Job Description:
- Planning, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies and tactical execution plans across all online channels. The portfolio includes PPC, SEO, SEM, Mobile ad-networks, Display advertising, Retargeting, Affiliate marketing, Email marketing, FB/Twitter and Google ads.
- Build and analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure attribution/ performance of marketing programs, developing and publishing social media metrics dashboard in order to maximize effectiveness of the campaign
- Create targeted messages and customer communications based on the key value propositions and use cases of our delivery programs
- Partner with product managers to identify needs and help define necessary product/ service improvements and new areas for innovation
Required Skills:
- Management Degree with at least 10-12 Years of Experience in Total with Minimum 6 year of experience in digital marketing in agency or a product company
- High on analytical skills and able to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to understand consumer behavior for optimizing the campaigns
- Experience with marketing tools like Excel, SEMRush, Keywords planner tool etc.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Understanding of web marketing strategies and common mediums used
- Understanding of Profit and Loss (Pnl)
- Experience in developing a team of analysts
- Experience in Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence
- Ability to learn quickly and exhibit problem solving skills
