Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on PPC (Pay Per Click), paid advertising, and social media marketing. The candidate must possess a proven track record of successful B2C campaigns, client budget management, and expertise in optimizing ad performance through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PPC Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
2. Paid Advertisement:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and ad copies to engage the target audience.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Social Marketing Platforms:
- Leverage social media platforms for organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
4. Google Banner Ads and General Display Network (GDN):
- Design and launch visually appealing Google banner ads to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize the Google Display Network for targeted advertising, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
5. Client Budget Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and allocate budgets effectively across various digital channels.
- Provide regular budget reports and performance updates to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
6. Ad Placement Cost Optimization:
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness of ad placements and optimize strategies to achieve maximum results within the allocated budget.
- Negotiate and secure cost-effective advertising placements to improve overall ROI.
7. Data Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize ad campaigns, improve targeting, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive ad creatives.
- Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
