Head of Digital Marketing


Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their online behavior.

Social Media Marketing :

- Oversee and manage all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising campaigns.

- Develop and implement targeted social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive lead generation.

Content Marketing & Lead Generation :

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract website traffic and generate leads.

- Manage content creation across various digital channels (blog, social media, email marketing).

- Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to convert website visitors into leads and customers.

Web Analytics & Optimization :

- Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize website content and marketing campaigns for better results.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations.

- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that generate leads and drive business growth.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and web analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Experience working with a budget and a focus on ROI is a plus.
