- Hands-on experience on at least one of the popular Digital Manufacturing applications, Preferably DELMIA/TechnoMatix

- Experience in PLM services Delivery management and Strategic Business Initiatives for India and Asia Pacific region

- Digital Manufacturing/Digital Transformation/Digital Strategy

- PLM application knowledge

- Product Development Process knowledge

- Soft Skills - Interpersonal skills, Positive Attitude

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Build and maintain a healthy team dynamics

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Willing to travel

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
