Head - Digital Lending Product Platform

Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of experience in Product journey creation/ Product roadmaps/ Customer journey.

- Knowledge of all steps in the product journey.

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in banking products (Preferably Personal Loans).

- Involved in external integrations like KYC/EPFO/RBI.

- Working closely with UI/UX, development, testing teams to deliver the new features in the products.

Good to have :

- Experience in managing partner relationships, acquisition, on-boarding & business management for digital channels not from the offline channels.

- Exposure of On-boarding new partners and driving business volumes through each partnership
