Head - Digital IT & CRM - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Digital IT & CRM for an MNC FMCG with presence across the globe, based at Mumbai.

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Post Grad or MBA in Systems with 10-12 years of work exp. in supporting and build the Digital & CRM from the IT will be the right fit.

This is a Leadership role, hence we are only looking at an incumbent who has been handling a large Team of experts in the areas.

10+ years of information technology experience, ideally in development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale CRM systems in area of Digital Marketing, eCommerce, eBusiness and B2B sales preferably in Consumer Goods / Retail Industry.

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in influencing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating, and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts in area of Digital Technology.

KRA's :

- Will be responsible for providing leadership, planning and insights required to maximize the value of digital technology.

- Will proactively and holistically lead the Digital technology portfolio from strategy to execution.

- Will be the strategic interface with business partners for the purpose of digital technology strategy development, solution discovery, business process consulting, and relationship management.

- Needs to have a deep understanding of CPG/Retail & Digital Business (eCommerce/eBusiness) & Digital Marketing.
