- Define, evaluate, and implement digital systems needed in the frame of digital services and solutions projects.
- Coordinate key initiatives in the 1 to the 5-year business horizon
- Build strong relationships with the business and create valuable solutions that align with the business and technology long-term plans, ensuring business efficiencies.
- Triggering new IT business solution ideas/opportunities in line with the strategy
- Support project cost estimation and budgeting, planning, and delivery as a Technical Leader
- Coordinate technical projects around technologies such as Data Lake, Project Lifecycle Management, R FID, QR Code, Digitally Assisted Construction and Inspection, Remote Sensors, Artificial Intelligence,
- Ensure a technology watch for the domain. Contribute to the definition of BA standard development methods and tools
- Interact with Group Infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the application portfolio
- Understand the application development life cycle
- Management/leadership of the day to day project delivery and support of applications
- Technical expertise to understand applications and develop plans to continuously improve application portfolio
- Report on schedule and product progress on weekly basis (or more frequently) as required by management
- Ensure that application projects are prepared (including all pre-and post-development steps) in a timeframe, quantity, and mix to achieve the best possible return from development and project resources to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness of the development process
- Ensure that the software development schedule and timeline is in alignment with enabling functions and implementation goals and requirements and make adjustments to meet business goals when necessary
- Promote process continuous improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to work across functions
