- Profile's with information systems and technology knowledge, experience in Digital Health implementation in the field with leadership and management skills, responsible for and having experience in :
- Digital Health strengthening space and min 5 years of experience in senior leadership role in technology function
- Managing entire life cycle of large project/ product delivery from concept, business case, technology selection, vendor identification, development and delivery for at least 5 large scale projects
- Knowledge of Indian government data systems
- Oversee the design, development and implementation of approaches for national level health information system strengthening.
- Development & implementation of digital health solutions
- Creating pathways to accelerate the application of digital health solutions
- Provide organizational direction and leadership for the development, expansion, and roll out of health information and digital health approaches
- Partnering with, internal and external business and technology leaders
- Stay connected on technological advances, health benefits and risks, best practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of technologies, methodologies and technology standards
- Understanding of the constraints and benefits of different technologies
- Develop organizational Digital Health technical strategy and builds partnerships
- Set the direction of the Digital Health team in determining appropriate technical assistance
- Evaluates information systems, tools, strategies and best practices
- Work on annual work plan and budget, monitor spending.
- Expertise Mobile medical apps, medical device interoperability, and healthcare cyber-security
- Expertise in Digital health product development, software as a medical device
