Key Deliverables :

- Responsible for digital transformation for the Wealth digital business.

- Responsible for end-to-end customer experience and journey on digital platforms

- Ability to enrich the data, using API and alliances

- Analyse customer behaviour and efficacy of digital campaigns and performance of our digital platforms

- Analyse and evaluate end-to-end customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in E-commerce or FinTech companies

- Understanding of customer analytics and behaviours

- Stakeholder management.

- Project management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in advanced digital analytics
