Head Digital Delivery (Large services Company)

Experience required:

1. Overall, 15-20 years' experience in IT Application and Cloud delivery.

2. Should have 5+ years in experience in Application Delivery Management of Digital Systems and Application support and/or should have hand- on experience in complete SDLC in at least 3 projects of 6 months duration and Application lifecycle management tools (IFS/Git Stash, Jira etc.).

3. Should have good understanding of Scalable web architectures and Distributed systems.

4. Experience in system design, implementation, scalability and interoperability of enterprise systems and web infrastructure.

5. Working experience in Agile and DevOps environment. Very good understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.

6. Design and architect modern application with Cloud first approach. Experience in Angular, JS etc.), client-side scripting Java Script libraries (Query, Dojo etc.), JSON and XML Data formats, and Database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, JDBC, NOSQL, SQL, Data Modelling) etc.

7. Experience with content management systems

8. Experience in managing Delivery for large e-commerce, Web application setup.

9. Manage end to end delivery of digital products, product enhancement an changes. Deliver on Time and cost.

10. Build and manage a team of motivated product and development team.

11. Work closely with internal product teams and third-party development teams.

12. Establish Plans, forecast, manage contingencies, Risks.

13. Ability to use a wide variety of open source and proprietary testing technologies and tools like UFT, QTP, Microsoft Test Manager, Selenium, SOAP UI, SOA Pro, Mobile Test LAB, UI Lite, WSTAF, PEF, Mobi Watch, Pwatch, SmartBear NG Pro, etc.

14. Strong in conducting Security and Performance testing.

15. Ability to set up various test's environments like Dev, QA, UAT along with DevOps architect with different sets of tools and technologies.
