About the Role:
As a Digital Business Head for MSME segment, you will be leading the product and growth functions for all Digital MSME applications. This includes Bank's Direct to Customer platform to open Current Accounts digitally leveraging Video KYC, MerchantSolutions mobile app targeted at retailers, easycredit for business stack and an upcoming comprehensive Digital MSME platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership of balance sheet and P&L targets for Digital MSME Business
- Drive organic growth of platforms leveraging content and SEO marketing and drive the brand, content and SEO strategy
- Manage performance marketing budget along with marketing team to drive paid traffic to platforms
- Manage end to end funnel of conversion in collaboration with inside sales team of the Bank where required
- Manage cost of "quality" acquisition and ensure it is within benchmarks
- Meet month on month growth targets across current account, small ticket unsecured business loans, new users acquired on merchantsolutions app
- Meet customer engagement targets on metrics such as transactions per client, daily / weekly / monthly active users, attrition rates and so on
- Meet revenue per client KPIs and define and manage all customer growth campaigns leveraging real time event driven customer engagement tools
- Define the product roadmap for digital MSME platforms and ensure a well prioritized product backlog is in place at all times and executed meticulously
- Ensure product team applies human centered design principles in design and ensure user stories and UI / UX of platforms in scope is best in class
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery on product backlog as per milestones agreed
- Ensure platforms and applications are also extended to offline channels of the bank (relationship management, branches, etc) to bringing efficiency in offline business through greater straight through processing, lower cost of processing and improved productivity
- Work collaboratively with various functions in the organization - Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Marketing to meet desired business objectives
Education, Work Experience, Key Skill Set Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business School
- Min of 10 years of experience post MBA
- Experience in running a digital business
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers and sensitivities
- Ability to collaborate and work with diverse set of stakeholders
