Looking for HEAD - Consumer & Digital Marketing from a Large E-Commerce/FMCG Company to work for a E-Learning Company in Noida .

Candidates with minimum 8 years of experience mix of CONSUMER & DIGITAL MARKETING ONLY !

Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate will have mid level experience from a large E-Commerce company. This individual will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaign across all digital channels with experience in both ATL & BTL for a large brand.

- Engaging and acquiring new customers using various techniques and approaches.

- Working closely with external advertising and design agencies and spearheading exciting and effective campaigns.

- Using consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative.

- insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Previous experience as a consumer marketing manager would be a strong advantage.

- You will be a passionate and driven marketing manager with up to date knowledge of cutting edge marketing techniques.

- An unrivalled knowledge of consumer marketing in the specific sector.

- Previous above the line (ATL) marketing experience is essential.

- A minimum of eight years marketing experience.

- Large company consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualification

Any Graduate + MBA (Marketing) Tier 1

A 25 year old elearning company Started off in the 1990s, the company was the pioneer in digital learning with egurukool which they sold to NIIT. After that the promoter started a new venture addressing the US market for elearning content development and also developed a digital English language learning product.
