About our Client - Our Client is a leading company in the BFSI sector. With aggressive growth plans, the Company is looking for individuals to drive the digital banking business. For the same, they are looking at hiring Head - Digital Banking, based in Mumbai.

Job Description -

- To lead and deliver a comprehensive digital servicing strategy which will increase online usage and functionality leading to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and brand advocacy

- Determine a strategy and vision for online servicing for the bank's business

- Designing specification for new online servicing propositions of the bank's customer base (both personal and business) with associated business cases.

- Oversee development of best in class online servicing working in conjunction with delivery partners

- Forecast and monitor online usage and develop strategies to boost adoption of online servicing capabilities and achieve customer satisfaction and self service usage targets.

- Fully leverage the onsite experience, design and optimisation tools to ensure the servicing solutions are designed and deployed to deliver business and brand objectives.

- Creating & enhancing brand perception, customer satisfaction and support activities to increase active customer usage of the online banking and mobile proposition.

- Manage budgets, processes, agencies and key suppliers to ensure that the bank achieves best in class, cost effective servicing.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships across internal and external suppliers.

- Driving & executing digital marketing strategy.

- Driving compliance culture in the organization.

The Successful Candidate - Engineer / MBA from a premier institute with around 15 years of relevant work experience.

- Experience of online banking / mobile banking development - either personal or business will be a plus

- Proven track record on development of new propositions and associated business case in financial Services

- Strong commercial and financial acumen

- Strong capability in strategic thinking and effective business planning

- Project Management experience

- Experience in working within a function with significant compliance/regulatory
