Role Overview:
As the Head of Digital & Growth Marketing, he/she will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing & growth strategy across various channels to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. He/she will lead a team of marketing specialists and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales.
- Growth Campaigns: Lead customer acquisition efforts through performance marketing, and partnerships.
- Performance Marketing: Optimize digital campaigns to increase ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Campaign Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to ensure they are effectively executed and optimized.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging digital content and ensure brand consistency across all online channels.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve the customer journey.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
