This role will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Process Automation & Data Analytics of the Organization. Will be the point of contact for the team to connect to the business partners /business stakeholders, establishing requirements, and orchestrating the execution for Automation & Analytics processes and solutions across the organization.
Enablement of / Alignment with Business Processes:
- Work with business stakeholders / IT business partners to identify, plan, implement and maintain business enablers using Automation Solutions & Analytics applications/solutions, AI/ML.
- Contribute to the alignment of the Automation & Analytics service delivery with the business strategy/needs.
- Drive the business to utilize competitive advantages through Automation & Analytics enabled processes for respective functions.
- Challenge existing business practices and drive changes to technology enabled best practices in the respective functional areas.
Adaption & Effectiveness:
- Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of digital solutions in the Automation & Analytics Domain
- Ensure Effective functional user support in respective function based on internal SLA and KPI
- Drive Projects / Solution Implementation
- the one point of contact for support and for specific projects between the IT function and the relevant IT business partners/ key stakeholders in the business.
Innovation / Awareness:
- Monitoring and evaluating the Functional Area vis a vis technologies/applications, Internal Controls, and Industry/Process best practices. Driving execution of best practices based on this.
- Educating the business in the adaption of Automation/BI/Analytics/AI/ML tools/solutions deployed for the organization
- Driving an agenda of Automation & Analytics culture within the organization
Functional/ Technical Competencies:
- Must have experience in Process Automation/RPA/BI/Analytics/AI/ML/Data Warehousing implementation.
- Sound Understanding of Business Processes across functional areas.
- Sound Understanding of Data / Data Structures / Data Repositories across functional areas.
- Experience of Process Mining / Data Analysis would be preferred.
