Vacancy Mobile Ad Network Head - Digital Ad Operations
Design, document and implement processes and policies for :
- Set up, traffic, and optimize ad campaigns in both the ad server and DSP, working with publishers and ad networks to receive assets for our campaign launches
- Handling of content/ad approvals
- Customer Support/Helpdesk tasks
- Monitoring of campaigns to ensure KPI delivery
- Identification of relevant audience pools for campaigns
- Inter-working of local teams with account service and analytics teams to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly.
- Accurate and detailed campaign reporting including recommendations for future campaign development
- Bidding strategies related to business goals and targets
- System of record for campaign technical details and trafficking issues
- Communicate and liaise with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Pricing and Analytics) to oversee the launch and ongoing optimization of campaigns
- Continuously monitor campaigns to ensure everything is serving correctly
- Become an expert in best practices for our ad server and DSP platform and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform's functionality
- Coordinate with our development and internal media teams to assist in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
- Keep informed of industry trends in digital advertising including new ad technologies, performance changes and/or ad network policies
- Sharing of best practices
